They took an extra payment out and said it must have been my fault because I was confused about the system. I was not confused about the system. They dont take accountability and blame the customer. I have always paid. They told me it would take up to 30 days to process my refund and up to 10 business days to receive it in the mail. I paid electronically but they do not send refunds electronically. So by the time I would receive it the next payment would be due. Why can they take the money within a few days out of your account? Why can they charge you a late fee but you cant charge them for being late with your refund?

Car stolen $500 decuctible issue

Well, the last several years I had a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Cc basically carjacked the car was totaled. Am I entitled to any kind of $500 deductible reimbursement then a couple years later I had a 2021 Hyundai Sonata SE Ill entitled to any deductible on that, thats what I heard from a dealer today it had to do with the easy break-in of those two cars. The second one was repaired and I had to pay USAA had to pay and they charge me a $500 deductible. The other one was totaled the 19 and I received something I cant remember from Hyundai or USAA bottom line is I heard that those would be reimbursed to me by Hyundai due to the fact that they were easily stolen. I need to call back one way or another my number is 504-458-****. Ive been a loyal Hyundai customer for 12 years Recently had a medical emergency with my wifes condition. All timers and I was late several times on the payment because she was hiding the invoice but over for more over the decade I never missed the payment or four Hyundai leases in preparations right now and talks with the dealer to lease another one as early as , it could be tomorrow please respond 504-458-**** thank you

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER TIME YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM!!

OMG!!! They seem to have a way of depleting your good energy after you get off the phone, I wind up very angry and in a bad mood and I wonder what my blood pressure spikes to!! The crap you have to go through with their automated system is such a waste of time, then the holding, then when you FINALLY get a person on the phone they speak like a computer and provide you with the wrong info. Such a huge waste of time! I wouldn't buy another Hyundai not because of the car itself but to have to deal with their CS for a few mores years would be torture!

Why do you need to be constantly calling them? Let me guess, you want to skip payments, you want extensions.

You want to change the due date every other month. People who do what they AGREED TO DO, make on time payments, never need to talk to them.

Need to speak to a supervisor asking why I did not get email confirmation that I have zero balance and lease account is paid in full. No one is being helpful. All they say is that I have a credit that will be applied to my monthly balance. THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM ASKING. I need a letter stating my lease with them is paid in full and they wont do it

HORRIBLE LEASE END EXPERIENCE

I have never had such a horrible experience returning a lease through Hyundai and this dealer in my life. This is my 4th Hyundai and I feel extremely misled and misinformed. I called both the dealership and Hyundai before I went it to make sure what needed to be done to return my lease and purchase a new Hyundai. I was initially told by both parties that I would have no issues as long as it was a Hyundai Certified Dealer. I initially had no issues believing everything was handled by the finance department. After spending over $7,000 in down payment and fees, I receive a letter from Hyundai months later that I still owed money on my lease. Hyundai claims that the dealership was supposed to 1) waive the remaining payments and turn in fee or 2) advise me that these fees would be due and would be added to the new car purchase price. Had I been informed of these options, I would have not moved forward with the purchase of the vehicle. I would have simply waited until my lease was up which was a few months away. I wasn't properly informed by Hyundai or the dealership that there were such excessive fees for returning my vehicle at this specific dealership. Not only did I reach out multiple times to both Hyundai and Mile One, I was NEVER helped by anyone. So as a responsible person, I went ahead and made the payments in full to Hyundai finance only for them to immediately turn around and submit my account to collections which has ruined my credit. AFTER I paid in full! This has been the worst experience with both parties and I would not recommend either party moving forward!

I am a 2020 Hyundai Sonata cusotmer. On the week of my payment, I had to call 5 times to make a simple monthly payment. Every time I called they transferred me to another agent. While transferring, my call gets disconnected. On the other hand, I called customer service to resolve my online account issues but they could not figure out what the problem was as they kept switching agents. Please give proper training to your agents before they are able to help customers out! It is not just wasting the consumer's time but also making the reputation of this company look very bad as there are already multiple complaints with these types of issues.
